LAB ATHENS / LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE BUILDING

Lab Athens is a dynamic design studio based in Athens, Greece. The office was originally established in 2009 by architects Ilias Pantos and Aris Efthymiadis. Since 2016, it is run exclusively by Ilias Pantos. The scope of our work includes architectural design, interiors and landscape architecture. We cover a wide range of projects within the private sector.

For us, every project is a challenge of combining the client's requirements with creative innovative form and function. In Lab Athens we aim to design and build simple, usable, socially responsible and attractive buildings. OWNER

Ilias Pantos, Architect AUTH, MFA UCL
Ilias Pantos studied architecture at the University of Thessaloniki and U.C. London, majoring in Mixed Media / Film and Photography at the Slade School of Fine Art. He worked in London during 1991- 1993. Between 1995 and 2006 he collaborated with several major architectural offices (based in Athens & Saudi Arabia) in a wide range of projects, including Housing, Office Spaces, Hospitals, Commercial Spaces and the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Headquarters among others. He works freelance since 2006 specializing in Hospitality, Private Housing and Commercial projects. He has accumulative experience of more than 30 years on over 250 projects.
