Our new office space is situated in an office building constructed in the 50’s, located in the heart of the historical “commercial triangle” of Athens. In order to accommodate a fully operational space in limited M2 – we reconfigured the whole layout and renovated from scratch. The intention is to create a mixture of “indoors & outdoors effect” combined with a “home element” in order to make the space inviting to both users and visitors. The “design production space” is formulated as an open market kiosk – and separates from the rest of the office with glass sliding doors & hanging plants which are used also for visiual separation. The meetings space is presented as a house dining area drenched in natural light combined with vintage furniture. Design in 2019 & Construction in 2020-21.
